“民以食为天,食以安为先”。为进一步强化全市餐饮服务行业诚信经营意识,加强行业自律,提高餐饮服务食品安全管理水平,保证餐饮服务环节食品安全,防止食物中毒事件发生,确保广大消费者的饮食安全,树立企业诚信经营良好形象。为此我们郑重承诺并向全市餐饮服务行业发出如下倡议:
一、提高对食品安全重要意义的认识,时刻牢记食品安全责任重于泰山,充分认识企业是食品安全第一责任人。
二、严格遵守《中华人民共和国食品安全法》及其实施条例等相关法律、法规、规章的规定,建立健全食品安全管理制度。
三、保证在取得《餐饮服务许可证》的前提下开展餐饮加工、制作、销售活动,不超范围经营,并在就餐场所醒目位置悬挂或者摆放《餐饮服务许可证》。
四、保证餐饮从业人员持有效健康合格证上岗,并建立餐饮从业人员健康档案。患有“五病”的从业人员,不从事餐饮服务工作。及时参加食品药品监管部门组织的餐饮安全知识培训。
五、严格按照国家有关规定采购食品、食品原料、食品添加剂和食品相关产品,不采购《中华人民共和国食品安全法》规定禁止生产经营的食品,认真落实进货台帐登记、采购查验和索证索票制度。
