伏国华副院长从行政型事业单位到学院分管基建后勤，率先进驻狮子坝，住牛棚，被蚊咬，吃尽了辛苦!xx年冬天底很寒冷，在狮子坝的猪棚里，是我不忍心，要求他们安装上第一个煤炉取暖。伏院长和我讲，在其他事业单位，每周双休加一天班，可以评上先进，在我院每周双休，请一天假将落后，被人看不起。学院工作很苦，很累!祝贺伏国华副院长到航运处工作，他学港航工程专业的，专业对口，为新一轮水运港口事业发展作贡献。希望常回来看看，这里有您亲手植下的树，夯下的基础，学院的员工是厚道的。
